Extract data from a website

One of our main focuses is web data extraction. We offer our clients service of harvesting data from various publicly available sources. As you might expect, clients have various levels of knowledge about what they're trying to achieve. We're here to help with our free advice.

The other day I've received a request through this website to get the leads of competitor's clients. The idea this potential client had is that we can somehow tap into the "cache" of their website to get the emails, names, addresses, phones of people who contact their competitors. Of course, this is completely illegal, so I explained my potential client that this can only be done by hacking into their website, or hacking into the computers of it's operators. Only then he realised what he'd been asking for and gave up his request.

Another contact we received recently through our website feared that upon submission of the contact form we'd instantly complete the extraction and send her the bill. I'm not sure if any business can operate in that way. I think any bill for something you have not agreed to is simply invalid. We, of course, first discuss the client's needs, then proceed with execution. Furthermore, the entire advance payment a client sends us is 100% refundable in the unlikely event the client doesn't like our service. We're in this for the long term business relationships.

Simply put, whatever our clients may require regarding data extraction from internet, we can do. The only thing we can't do is extracing the data from websites that client doesn't have access to. But our clients often don't realize that we're in this business for 10 years, and that we can surely help them out with whatever is the requirement. If nothing more, we can provide free advice on the subject containing many years of our experience.
